It’s basically a community for female founders that meet up monthly in lots of different places, with professional photography thrown in, and a focus on visibility but in a truly authentic way, and lots of support for each other, and all the ickiness of traditional networking taken out, and a sprinkle of feminism and taking down the patriarchy … and actually so much more than you can even put into words!

Aside from an amazing community, lots of support and hopefully great coffee (tea drinkers also welcome!), our members get 5 new photographs to use every single month. What they are is up to you. Headshots, action shots, product images, branding shots, the choice is yours and we’ll be on hand to inspire you if you’ve run out of ideas.

At some clubs our focus will be on video or another area of visibility support but a professional photographer will be at every Club so if you need photos and they're not the main focus at that particular club, you'll still be able to get them. No questions asked. 

Outside of the monthly meets in-person there are of course the online clubs and you’ll also have access to the private What’s App group so you can share what’s happening in between sessions and reach out for help if you’re stuck with something in particular.

The Passion & Purpose Club is for you if:

• Or you’re keen to blaze a trail within your own company or industry and recognise working on your personal brand is important

• You love deep conversations that help you get clarity on issues big & small

• You know great content makes a difference but sometimes you just run out of ideas

• You can feel a little self conscious and recognise how empowering it would be to grow alongside other women who feel the same

Where do we meet & when?

We currently have monthly clubs in London, Manchester, Leeds, Stockport & Cheshire and plans to bring pop-ups to Sheffield, Bristol & Brighton in late 2025, which if there’s enough interest would then extend to monthly clubs too.

We don’t want to dominate the whole of the UK, our community remains special because it’s not huge, but it is our intention to try and get a club in reach of everyone who would like to attend so if you’re interested but can’t get to our current locations regularly please drop us a line and let us know so we can plan for where demand is. How does it feel at The Passion & Purpose Club?

The Passion & Purpose Club (originally PHOTO CLUB) was set up initially to help women in business increase their visibility, and to provide a safe space in which we could support each other but it’s ended up being so much more than that.

It’s fun, inspiring, empowering, it picks you up when you’re feeling down, it encourages you to see your own worth as well as everyone else’s. It encourages collaboration and community … and that’s just what I think as it’s founder!
